Technical Director in Copenhagen

Are you passionate about Game Development and have experience working on multiplayer games? Does the idea of working on a huge Hollywood IP in a pivotal role sound exciting to you? If so, keep reading!

As a Technical Director at this studio in Copenhagen, you will be working closely with the CTO and other Technical Directors to move technology and games and games forward into the future! You will be responsible for code architecture, technology vision, best practices and a whole lot more!

This team are working on the development of some world-famous IP which is loved by millions. The team take pride in their friendly and welcoming culture, with a multinational team and a reputation for talented people, if you align with their values, you could be the perfect addition to their team.

Technical Director responsibilities :

Establish the programming vision for the project
Update and adjust the roadmap according to project progress
Update estimates for all areas of the game to the Executive Producer
Provide direction and fe3edback to employees working on programming areas of the project
Coach and mentor the programming team

Key requirements for this role in Copenhagen :

Significant prior experience as a Lead Programmer or in a similar technical leadership role

Extensive experience working on one or more multiplayer AAA game

Track record of game programming experience

Strong leader

Deep knowledge of C++ and C# and system architecture

Experience with engine optimisations

Cross-platform development experience
