Technical Director responsibilities :

• Establish the programming vision for the project
• Update and adjust the roadmap according to project progress
• Update estimates for all areas of the game to the Executive Producer
• Provide direction and fe3edback to employees working on programming areas of the project
• Coach and mentor the programming team
