Job description

The Role : Key Responsibilities

Architect and evolve the TiA platform to support new product lines and business domains
Ensure platform scalability, security, maintainability, and alignment with group-wide architectural standards
Serve as technical lead on TiA-related initiatives including platform enhancements, integrations, and migrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into robust architectural solutions
Contribute to and enforce architectural governance, documentation, and quality standards
Integrate TiA with surrounding systems, ensuring end-to-end process alignment and data integrity
Ensure compliance with internal risk, security, and data protection requirements

Ideal Profile : The Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong architectural background in insurance platforms — specifically deep experience with TiA. You should be capable of operating both strategically and hands-on in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

10+ years of experience in insurance IT, with substantial involvement in TiA implementations

Proven experience in application architecture and integration in a multi-product or enterprise setting

Strong understanding of TiA’s architecture, data models, workflows, and configuration

Solid grasp of architectural principles, software lifecycle management, and system interoperability

Desirable Skills

Experience with modern integration approaches (APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture)

Exposure to cloud strategies and hybrid environments

Familiarity with security and regulatory frameworks in the insurance or financial services sector

Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe Architect, or similar are considered a plus

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Professional fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is an advantage
