The Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the TiA platform to support new product lines and business domains
- Ensure platform scalability, security, maintainability, and alignment with group-wide architectural standards
- Serve as technical lead on TiA-related initiatives including platform enhancements, integrations, and migrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into robust architectural solutions
- Contribute to and enforce architectural governance, documentation, and quality standards
- Integrate TiA with surrounding systems, ensuring end-to-end process alignment and data integrity
- Ensure compliance with internal risk, security, and data protection requirements
Ideal Profile:
The Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a strong architectural background in insurance platforms — specifically deep experience with TiA. You should be capable of operating both strategically and hands-on in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in insurance IT, with substantial involvement in TiA implementations
- Proven experience in application architecture and integration in a multi-product or enterprise setting
- Strong understanding of TiA’s architecture, data models, workflows, and configuration
- Solid grasp of architectural principles, software lifecycle management, and system interoperability
Desirable Skills
- Experience with modern integration approaches (APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture)
- Exposure to cloud strategies and hybrid environments
- Familiarity with security and regulatory frameworks in the insurance or financial services sector
- Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe Architect, or similar are considered a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is an advantage
