Do you thrive on building and solving mathematical optimization problems- and want your work to have an impact every minute of the day? As the energy sector becomes more dynamic, the ability to optimize assets in real time has never been more important. At Mind Energy, we’re expanding – and we’re looking for an analyst to optimize assets across multiple markets to join our Business Intelligence team in a newly created role.
DIVE INTO WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS WILL BE
You’ll work at the intersection of technology, data, and operations – helping us make fast, informed decisions for energy assets across multiple power markets. In this role, you’ll build the tools and models that make real-time asset optimization possible. You’ll dive into high-frequency data, work with operational stakeholders, and create solutions that must perform 24 / 7 / 365.
You will :
JOIN A TEAM OF MINDFUL ACHIEVERS
The division you’ll support is responsible for client-facing activities and optimizing a wide range of energy assets - from wind and solar to conventional generation and flexible consumption. We handle everything from long-term financial hedges to last-second real-time optimization across the Nordic region and Germany. Your future teammates have deep expertise in energy assets (like wind turbines, solar panels, CHP plants, batteries, and more) and understand the opportunities and complexities of the electricity markets. Every day, we work together to deliver top-tier optimization results for our clients. You’ll join a team of 9 professionals who provide high-quality analyses to support decision-making across the division. The team is split into two branches : one focused on market and asset analysis and forecasting, and the other on ensuring operational stability.
LET US SWITCH THE FOCUS TO YOU

This role is based in our Aarhus N office and requires on-site presence. While fluency in Danish is not expected, professional-level English is essential.
