Your role and responsibilities

We’re looking for a reliable and structured student assistant to support our office in Kalundborg. The tasks are straightforward but important for keeping things running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include

• Coordinating small events and meetings at the office.
• Reviewing Danish translations.
• Handling goods receipt in SAP.
• Scanning and organizing documents.
• Setting up and maintaining office supplies.
• Occasional grocery shopping for the office.

You don’t need to have extensive experience – we’ll make sure you’re properly introduced to the tasks. What matters most is that you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and happy to lend a hand where needed.
