The Role

As Group Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for Group Accounting, ensuring high-quality monthly and annual financial closings. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be an integral part of the Finance HQ Team, which comprises the CFO, two Financial Controllers, and one Financial Assistant - the Finance Assistant will report directly to you.

In addition, you will oversee a professional reporting line for accounting matters across eight Finance and Administration professionals in our international subsidiaries, making this a truly global position with a strong focus on strategic business development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Group Accounting and ensure timely, accurate monthly and annual closings
• Perform monthly and annual consolidation of accounts
• Prepare and coordinate annual reporting at group level
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and compliance
• Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance across entities
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support business development initiatives from a financial perspective
• Oversee operational expenditure (OpEx) controlling and follow-up
• Pricing support and safeguarding of margins
• Acting as a trusted financial advisor to the management team
