As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our CEO.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual who is passionate about our mission and eager to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced startup environment. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate looking to kickstart a career in management consulting after completing their studies, especially if you are a student at Copenhagen Business School or pursuing a relevant degree.
About
The role requires a flexible schedule and proficiency in both remote and in-office work. As part of your role, you will have the unique opportunity to assist and gain knowledge about :
Board Meetings : Participate in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, gaining insights into strategic decision-making.
Funding Rounds : Contribute to the organization and execution of funding rounds, witnessing the growth and development of the company.
Growth : Be part of our exciting growth journey, assisting the CEO in various strategic initiatives.
Internal Business Relations : Build relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, learning about internal dynamics and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Calendar Management : Assist in managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
Communication : Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders, maintaining clear and efficient communication.
Documentation : Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
Meeting Support : Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
HR & People Operations : Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, and salary administration in close collaboration with management and external partners.
Travel Arrangements : Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and logistics as needed.
Expense Management : Assist with expense tracking and reporting.
Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Adaptability : Be prepared to work both remotely and at our Herlev office location as required.
Requirements
Enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably from Copenhagen Business School or related fields, with a minimum of 1.5 years remaining of your studies.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in management consulting.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in remote work tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptable and comfortable with a flexible work schedule.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and professional demeanor.
