Field Service Technician - BMS / CTS

We have an opportunity for a Field Service Technician - BMS / CTS to join us at Honeywell, in Billund, where you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our advanced building automation system. This role is critical in ensuring that building management systems function efficiently, directly impacting energy management, occupant comfort, and operational efficiency in buildings. This is a field-based role serving clients in the Billund location and surrounding areas.

• Performing routine maintenance on Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal operation
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to BMS, effectively troubleshoot problems, repair faulty components, and maintain system performance
• Modify and Interrogate BMS Software programs, strategies, and systems
• Interact with clients to understand their requirements, explain system operations, and provide training on system use
• Undertake systems upgrades and small works projects on existing systems at client site
• Experience in automation engineering, field service or technical support
• Technical knowledge and expertise in Building Automation Systems / Building Management Systems is desirable
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to deliver effective communication and customer service in Danish in addition to basic English.
