Your new role

As a Medical & Marketing Director, you will :

• Oversee commercial and medical strategies, brand positioning and marketing / sales activities in both HCP and consumer segments, ensuring effective execution of brand strategies. Being also responsible for monitoring, analyzing and acting on market trends to identify emerging opportunities and inform commercial strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s goals, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
• Manage product / service development, collaborate on defining optimal pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness across channels.
• Lead impactful advertising campaigns and monitor sales performance, adapting strategies to drive performance.
• Develop and execute scientific communication strategies across clinical trial phases, integrating patient voices and providing input to clinical trials and Real-World Evidence (RWE) plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and facilitate collaboration and information exchange; organizing and conducting scientific meetings and symposia, delivering medical education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).

The Business Area (BA) West is formed by nine affiliates : Denmark & Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg, Ireland, and Portugal.
