Do you have solid experience in Marketing, Digital, and Business Intelligence from the Nordic pharmaceutical industry?

Are you ready to lead a strong Nordic team while actively contributing as a hands-on team player? In this role, you will be responsible for setting the overall marketing and commercial operations strategy across all therapeutic areas and delivering business performance through brand planning, customer engagement, and digital innovation, for promoted brands, established brands and new product launches.

As the Marketing & Commercial Operations Head, you will lead a small, dedicated team of three functional experts : Marketing Lead, Digital Lead and Business Intelligence Lead to support requirements across multiple therapeutic areas and in collaboration with Sales, Medical and Market Access, as well as Global Franchises and Global Operations groups. Serving as a key member of the Nordics Leadership Team, you will report to the General Manager – Nordics.

Your day at Ferring- Tasks where you are accountable

In this role, you will lead the Nordic Marketing & Commercial Operations, driving strategy and execution across all therapeutic areas.

Your key responsibilities include :

Designing integrated customer journeys across face-to-face, virtual, and digital channels

Defining and implementing commercial strategy aligned with corporate priorities and patient-centricity.

Managing budgets and oversee performance of brands, portfolios, launches, and business development.

Developing business plans and integrated brand plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ensuring compliance with local regulations and optimize operations for efficiency.

Establishing a clear digital roadmap to transform the business

Leading and developing the Marketing, Digital, and Business Intelligence team, fostering engagement and talent growth.

Contributing as part of the Nordics Leadership Team to shape cluster strategy and drive results.

To lead and shape the future for Ferring products in the Nordics we’re looking for an experienced leader to head the Marketing & Commercial Operations team.

The skills you need to have :

Solid experience in Digital Marketing and Data & Analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven leadership and people management skills, ideally combined with hands-on sales experience.

Track record of developing digital roadmaps integrated into customer-facing activities.

Academic background : Master’s in business / MBA combined with a Cand. Scient. degree preferred.

Therapeutic area knowledge in Reproductive Medicine, Gastroenterology, or Urology is a plus.

Additional capabilities required, include :

Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Nordic language is an advantage).

Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions and regions.

Skilled in managing complexity, driving results, and leading teams through change
