At CooperSurgicals Professional Education and Clinical Support Team we are passionate about advancing fertility care through high-quality education and strong clinical support. As a Project Manager being a part of our Professional Education and Clinical Support team you will play an important role in making this happen by supporting the planning coordination and delivery of our global educational activities.
You will work closely with colleagues across departments and regions in a global organization with focus on supporting teams in EMEA and APAC. As a person you enjoy creating structure keeping things moving and supporting others while also being comfortable working independently and finding solutions when new ideas and tasks arise.
With a structured and process-oriented mindset you will help strengthen and maintaining our educational and clinical ecosystem and contribute to the development and delivery of engaging virtual- and hands-on courses and webinars for our dedicated practitioners around the world. Most of all you will join a fun highly professional and diverse team where you will have to take responsibility for managing and driving various tasks and projects and of course always walk an extra mile for your colleagues.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and administrate international virtual courses hands-on courses and webinarsSupport the promotion and visibility of our educational offeringsCollect structure and report monthly KPIs across educational activities and for the Professional Education and Clinical Application teamsCollaborate closely with colleagues in EMEA US and APACSupport the global team in organizing and facilitating educational initiatives for our global conferencesSet up contracts for new and existing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) collaborations including fair market value evaluationsSupport the continuous improvement of processes tools and ways of workingContribute to ongoing projects and ad hoc initiatives across the teamQualifications
You hold a Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration Biology Bioscience or similar)You are highly organized and enjoy working with processes structure and detailsYou have strong skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPointProject management experience is an advantageYou are a collaborative and reliable team player with a proactive mindsetYou communicate clearly and confidently and enjoy working with many stakeholdersYou are fluent in written and spoken EnglishRequired Experience :
