Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Lead

This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team based in Copenhagen or one of our offices in the Netherlands. We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Bolia, Nilfisk and Magasin.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Salesforce B2B Commerce Lead, you play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that projects are aligned with client goals. At the same time, you'll benefit from clear pathways for career advancement into architecture and consultancy roles, along with opportunities to attend industry conferences, earn Salesforce certifications, and manage your schedule flexibly in collaboration with colleagues and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze complex requirements and design conceptual and technical architectural solutions using Salesforce B2B Commerce within the broader landscape of the client
• Design solutions with a focus on feasibility, cost, security and operational efficiency.
• Guide our customers in their digital ambitions and lead our development teams to deliver them.
• Create, communicate and roll out implementation plans for the projects you lead
• Ensure solutions are highly scalable and performant, supporting our clients' growth ambitions.
• Prepare and host workshops to perform technical deep dives. identify requirements and create maturity gap analysis on capabilities and enablers.
• Create technical sales pitches, train organizations, claim technical ownership and be the solution authority.
• Provide technical ownership across key projects & clients using profound technical and communication skills to all stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategic plans to build and expand our Salesforce B2B Commerce practice as part of our larger Salesforce partnership
