Job beskrivelseAbility to think, analyse, design and control scale-ups to meet the volume demand for our nanomaterials. Improve and optimise all process stages. Monitors and control output processes. Manage the engineering team. Manage workflows. Carry out duties as directed. Masters or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on industrial experience in scaling up of multiple chemical reactions under different environments. Extensive knowledge of chemical synthesis, process scale up, heat and mass transfer, reactor design, process improvements, automation, and statistical process control. Experience in dealing with nanomaterials and / or scaling up of electronic grade or other high purity chemicals is highly desired. Must have strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills. An excellent manager of people. Accustomed to working in a high-pressure environment Fluent in Danish and English.
