The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will :

Provide high-quality customer support in Danish (C2 level)

Use English (B2 level) for internal communication and documentation

Represent well-known international brands

Support customers via phone, email, or chat , in line with company standards

Requirements

Danish C2 (mandatory)

English B2 (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused mindset

Right to work in Portugal or EU / EEA citizenship

Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
