Facility Management Project Manager

Are you our new Facility Management Project Manager at MAN-ES? We are currently looking for a Facility Management Project Manager for our Facility function in Copenhagen. We are looking for a key person who will refer to our Facility Manager and will be responsible for creative as well as practical change-project within office and administration, who can also contribute to the daily operational tasks.

MAN ES have several locations in DK, in Copenhagen, Frederikshavn and Holeby that consist of production and administration. In 2027, all activities except Frederikshavn will be gathered at a new address in Roskilde.

The execution part of the Facility tasks is outsourced to an external Facility supplier.

The work consists largely of interior design and changes in collaboration with MAN employees and follow-up on the practical execution in collaboration with the external facility supplier. In the long term, tasks related to the move to Roskilde, will become more extensive.

You will play an important role in :

• Develop smaller projects within office and administration interior.
• Coordinate and follow up on construction projects.
• Purchase of interior items, such as furniture etc.
• Systematize office solutions.
• Operational responsibility for smaller technical solutions, e.g. coffee solutions in Denmark.
• Participate in coordination meetings and follow-up with the Facility supplier.
• Handle administrative tasks within you own work
• Participate in sites’ environmental and working-environment work

We imagine that you :

You are most likely educated as a constructor or similar, alternatively you are a project employee who has worked with smaller construction projects and perhaps some interior design.

We are looking for a skilled employee with few years of project experience, plenty of ideas as well as a good listener who can present solutions, as this position evolves independency.

In order to succeed in the position, you are a good planner, work independently and are able to maintain an overview, even when several tasks come in at the same time.

The Facility department is a small team consisting of 3 persons, whose focus is service. This is reflected in the welcoming, open and direct communication, that we have in the department. We have our own tasks, but we help each other during vacations and busy periods.

Overall, we handle all tasks within canteen, cleaning, green areas, reception and mail as well as building operations, maintenance and development in collaboration with an external facility supplier.
