AI gives marketers new ways to research audiences, develop ideas, create content and improve campaigns. However, knowing how to position a product, communicate its value and earn an audience’s attention still requires human judgement and creativity.

The marketers who stand out will know how to combine both.

This internship will teach you how to use AI to position and market a product, develop strong messages, create videos, edit content and communicate confidently on camera.

You will not leave with theoretical assignments. You will leave with published advertisements, webinars and videos, plus a certificate documenting the skills and experience you developed.

What you will learn

You will gain practical experience in:

• Positioning products for specific markets and audiences

• Turning product features into clear and convincing messages

• On-camera communication and selling

• Acting and presenting for advertisements

• Webinar production and public speaking

• Video recording, editing and distribution

• AI-assisted research, scripting, translation and production

• Content marketing and performance advertising

• Creative testing and campaign analysis

You will use tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Replit, HeyGen, VEED, Canva, StreamYard and YouTube to take content from the initial idea to the finished campaign.

You will learn how to use AI to work faster while applying your own judgement to decide what to say, how to position it and how to make the final content effective.

What you will do

You will create video, advertising and webinar content for one or more European markets.

You will:

• Act in video advertisements for social media and paid campaigns

• Host webinars and present videos in your native language

• Perform scripts, advertising hooks and creative concepts

• Interview customers, colleagues and industry experts

• Develop campaign ideas and scripts with our marketing team

• Adapt messages for different markets and audiences

• Turn longer content into short videos for LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube

• Edit and publish content across different platforms

• Help analyse performance and improve future campaigns

Some productions will involve speaking directly to the camera. Others may involve acting out scenarios or recording different versions of an advertisement to test which performs best.

What you will leave with

• A strong portfolio of published advertisements, webinars and videos

• Professionally produced material for your showreel

• Experience working on real European marketing campaigns

• Measurable results connected to your work

• Practical experience with leading AI and production tools

• Coaching in positioning, presenting, storytelling and selling

• Experience in an international company with more than 15 nationalities

• A written recommendation based on your performance

Requirements

We are hiring 5 people who speak at least one of these languages at native or fluent level:

• British English

• Danish

• Norwegian

• Swedish

• Italian

You only need to speak one of these languages to apply.

You do not need to be an experienced actor or presenter. We will coach you in positioning, storytelling, public speaking and performing naturally on camera.

It’s more important that you are dependable and take scheduled recordings seriously. A high level of responsibility, energy and ambition will get you further in this role than experience or technical knowledge.

Practical information

This is an unpaid internship based at our Copenhagen office. It should be compatible with your education and, where applicable, approved by your educational institution.
