We are in search of a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Esbjerg As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen including menu creation food preparation and kitchen staff management Responsibilities Develop and create innovative menus that reflect the restaurants concept and appeal to our diverse clientele Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are consistently prepared according to recipes and quality standards Manage kitchen staff including hiring training scheduling and performance evaluations Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies while staying within budget limitations Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen Collaborate with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Stay up-to-date on industry trends and continually evolve the menu offerings Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques ingredients and equipment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with kitchen staff management and customers Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Creativity and passion for creating unique dishes that showcase local ingredients Able to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Must have a valid work permit for Denmark Salary: Attractive salary package of 1100$ per week negotiable based on experience Applicants of all nationalities are welcome If you have a passion for food and leading a team in a dynamic environment then we would love to hear from you This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef looking to take their career to the next level #J-18808-Ljbffr
