Part-time Team Lead in Horsens, Denmark - for Denmark residents only

We are seeking a competent and organized Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Horsens. As a part-time Team Lead you will be responsible for managing a team of employees ensuring their productivity and performance meet company standards. This position is suitable for those without experience making it an ideal opportunity for students or individuals seeking to gain leadership skills. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve daily goals and targets Monitor and track staff performance providing feedback and coaching as needed Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Maintain accurate records of employee attendance schedules and performance Requirements High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred Previous experience in a leadership role is an asset but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Proficiency in Danish language is preferred Working Hours This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
