Senior Network Development Manager - for Denmark residents only

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Development Manager to drive Xiaomi EV's sales network strategy and expansion across relevant markets. This role will take ownership of network development across key European markets, from partner identification and commercial negotiations through network rollout and ongoing performance management. You will work closely with private importers, dealer partners, and cross-functional teams to establish a scalable and high-performing retail network. Develop Xiaomi EV's network development strategy and phased expansion objectives. Define dealer selection criteria, partnership frameworks, and commercial models under the Private Importer model. Analyze competitive landscapes, channel structures, and market entry requirements across European markets. Develop market entry and network expansion strategies based on market potential, commercial considerations, and business priorities. Identify, assess, and engage potential Private Importer and dealer partners across European markets. Lead commercial discussions, partnership negotiations, agreement processes, and implementation. Drive network expansion across multiple markets, including the Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe. Own the partner and location pipeline, monitor regional progress, and provide regular business updates and reports. Develop long-term relationships with key partners and support sustainable network growth. Network Performance & Operations Establish and continuously improve performance management frameworks covering areas such as sales performance, customer experience, and brand standards. Conduct regular partner visits to understand operational performance and identify improvement opportunities. Address operational challenges and coordinate resources across European teams and global stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in partner capabilities, operational standards, and customer experience. Site Selection & Retail Development Support partners in evaluating potential retail locations, developing business cases, and completing approval processes. Establish and maintain retail identity, visual standards, and operational guidelines. Monitor store development and construction progress to support timely market launches. Ensure retail network development is aligned with Xiaomi EV's brand and customer experience standards. Team & Capability Building Build and develop the Network Development team as the organization scales. Strengthen local network development capabilities, market knowledge, and partner relationships. Collaborate closely with GTM, Marketing, Operations Support, and other functions to enable integrated market expansion. 8+ years of experience in automotive sales network development, dealer management, channel development, or related commercial functions. At least 3 years of professional experience working in European automotive markets. Professional fluency in English, additional European language skills are an advantage. Strong understanding of European automotive distribution structures, partner/dealer models, and commercial negotiation processes. Proven experience developing or scaling an automotive sales network across European markets. Strong business development, negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Experience supporting European market or Country entry - or network development of an international automotive brand is highly desirable. Experience with NEV/EV distribution networks is a strong advantage. Familiarity with relevant EU automotive regulations, data protection requirements, and commercial contracting principles.
