Lead Scheduler

Our client, a leading engineering consultancy, is looking for a Lead Scheduler on a permanent basis to support on a large data centre project in Denmark.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned scheduler with extensive hands-on experience in on-site planning and scheduling of projects within data centres or other mission-critical industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building, maintaining and optimising timelines and schedules to keep projects on track and efficient.


Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimise complex project timelines.
• Coordinate with other schedulers & planners on projects involving multiple sub-projects or engineering disciplines.
• Providing planning intelligence for decision-making.
• Ensuring the schedule aligns with contractual and strategic objectives.
• Lead schedule-related meetings with the internal project team, clients and sub-contractors
• Deliver timely reports on schedule process, delays, risks and critical path
• Identify scheduling inefficiencies
• Recommend alternative execution strategies
• Improve overall project agility and predictability

Required Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and six (6) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
