As AI Search Specialist, you will make Novo accurately represented across AI-powered search and generative platforms. You will turn complex performance data into automated insights, scalable workflows and clear recommendations that help markets act faster. Working across regions, you will connect measurement standards with local needs, helping people find trusted health information when they need it supporting lasting health.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field or equivalent

• 5–8 years in SEO, GEO, AEO, AI search analytics or digital performance optimisation.

• Hands-on experience with AI visibility dashboards, prompt datasets, citation data and LLM performance metrics.

• Experience building or using AI agents, automation workflows and generative AI tools professionally.

• Coding ability in Python, SQL, JavaScript or similar.

• Working knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, structured data, schema markup, CMS integrations and analytics platforms.

• Ability to translate technical insights into concise, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.

• Experience working across functions, markets and senior stakeholders in a global business or agency setting.

What you'll do

You will own the insights platforms and automation layer of SEO and GEO across markets, moving teams from raw data to practical action.

• Build and maintain AI search dashboards tracking visibility, share of voice, citation rate, ranking, sentiment and source influence across markets .

• Analyse GEO performance across prompt clusters, LLM outputs and third-party citations. Identify gaps and turn findings into prioritised recommendations with clear owners.

• Improve discoverability and AI readability through crawlability, indexation, metadata, schema, internal linking, semantic structure and page experience.

• Develop scalable AI agents and automation workflows for insight generation, content briefs, reporting and market activation with appropriate controls.

• Connect data sources through programming, APIs and automation to cut manual analysis and speed up reporting.

• Support AI-ready content optimisation including FAQs, structured summaries, metadata and schema inputs while ensuring accuracy, compliance and alignment with relevant requirements.

Who you'll work with

You will join the Digital Media Activation team in International Operations, working where data, technology and marketing meet to scale AI search optimisation across markets.

Your partners include global, regional and local digital marketing, web and content, data and analytics, brand and communications. Externally, you will work with AI visibility and SEO platform provider, such as Profound, SEMrush and SurferSEO and specialist agencies.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000 to 956,900 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
