Are you a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys bringing structure and momentum to complex programmes

We are looking for a Marketing Transformation Coordinator based in Copenhagen to support two key Global Marketing programmes: our Marketing Transformation agenda and Marketing Productivity (Fund the Marketing Journey). You will play a central role in supporting the programme leaders and teams activities decisions and priorities connected across Global Regional and Market stakeholders.

What youll be doing

You will be the operational backbone across our Marketing Transformation and Productivity programmes helping the teams execute effectively and at pace.

Specifically your key responsibilities are:

• Coordinate programme plans milestones meetings workshops and market engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Track actions decisions deliverables and dependencies proactively following up with owners to keep execution on track.
• Support programme budgeting purchase orders invoices and coordination with external agencies and partners.
• Maintain clear programme documentation trackers and governance materials and support preparation of leadership updates.

What were looking for

You are a structured proactive and hands-on professional who enjoys making complex environments run smoothly. We expect you to bring:

• 2- 3 years ofexperience in programme coordination project management transformation marketing operations or a similar role will be a plus
• Excellent organisational skills attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Ability to support several workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent administrative discipline including comfort with budgets PO/PRs and external partners.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate needs and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving cross-functional transformation environment.
