We are currently looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Group Financial Planning & Analysis (GFP&A) team.

The team

The Group Financial Planning & Analysis team is part of CIP Finance and provides key financial analyses and decision support to the CFO CIP management and CIPs owners helping shape balance sheet investment decisions and CIPs strategic direction.

Our team consists of three professionals within GFP&A specializing in financial and portfolio modelling to support group-level financial decision-making at CIP. We work as a closely integrated team delivering high-quality analyses and recommendations in collaboration with key stakeholders including the CFO CIP management and CIPs owners. Our work supports major business decisions and plays an important role in shaping CIPs long-term growth and strategic direction.

The role

The ideal candidate combines advanced financial modelling capabilities with solid analytical and problem-solving skills. You will build develop and operate complex financial models assess opportunities and risks across a range of scenarios and provide actionable insights to support business-critical decisions. Equally important is the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear concise and impactful manner through presentations and decision materials tailored to different audiences.

You will thrive in a busy environment balancing multiple priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to::

• Develop and maintain complex financial models covering CIP Holdings investments CIP-managed funds external investments and financing structures.
• Support the CFO and senior management with analysis and decision-making material.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses of investments and financial structures to assess risks opportunities and portfolio impacts under different scenarios.
• Prepare high-quality financial analyses presentations and recommendations for management.
• Communicate complex financial and quantitative topics clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate across CIP and manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.

You

We are looking for candidates with a Masters degree in Finance Economics Engineering Business or a related discipline. The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of relevant experience from a reputable FP&A corporate finance private equity infrastructure investing investment banking or management consulting environment. A demonstrated experience in building developing and operating complex financial models and supporting business-critical decisions through thorough analysis is essential.

Experience supporting senior management and strategic decision-making in a high-performance environment is considered beneficial.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
