As a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Department Manager, you will lead, oversee, and strategically direct all Supply Chain Management operations for Aibel Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for overall management across Procurement and Warehouse Management, ensuring seamless execution across all projects, tenders, and FEEDs while fostering a high-performing, safe, and collaborative team environment. About the position The SCM Department Manager is accountable for the overall leadership, strategy, and daily administration of Aibel Thailand’s SCM organization. Reporting to the Managing Director (Aibel Thailand) and Procurement Manager (Aibel AS), you will manage resource allocation, personnel development, budgeting, and compliance with company policies and ethical standards. You will oversee inbound logistics, customs clearance, vendor due diligence, and implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction strategies across all supply chain activities. Qualifications Bachelor’ s or master’s degree in economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Procurement, Subcontracting, and Warehouse Management. Proven leadership capabilities in coaching, team development, delegation, and conflict resolution. Strong business acumen and risk management awareness. High proficiency in English (listening, reading, writing, and speaking) for effective international communication. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software and SAP Personal qualities We are looking for a strategic and visionary leader who can build and retain a strong, competent organization aligned with company strategy.
