On April 10 we opened our first Danish store at Fisketorvet in Copenhagen. We are now looking for a new Sales Associate to join our team in an 85% position starting September 28 or as agreed.

As a Sales Associate at MM Sports your main responsibility is to create a great customer experience through professional advice strong product knowledge and excellent service.
Your key tasks will include:
Sales customer service and product guidance
Product replenishment and in-store merchandising
Handling returns complaints and product tastings
Keeping the store inspiring well-organised and ready for our customers
Contributing to the stores sales targets and overall performance
You enjoy meeting customers and have a genuine interest in training nutrition and an active lifestyle.
You are positive responsible and comfortable taking initiative. You enjoy working as part of a team and are ready to contribute when the pace is high.
Previous retail experience is an advantage but not a requirement. For us the right attitude commitment and willingness to learn are more important than a long CV.
Interest and knowledge in training and sports nutrition

Employment: 20% part-time position
Employment terms: Permanent employment in accordance with Danish employment legislation
Start date: September 28 2026
Working hours: Shift-based schedule primarily evenings and weekends. Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods holidays and staff absences is an advantage.
