Maternity Cover | Start as soon as possible | Until mid-January 2028 BORG Automotive is a leading European supplier of remanufactured and new automotive spare parts, serving the independent aftermarket with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and innovation. As one of our valued colleagues in Account Management will soon be going on maternity leave, we are looking for a maternity cover to join our team in Silkeborg. This is a maternity cover position with a start date as soon as possible and expected to run until mid-January 2028. At BORG Automotive, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and solutions while building strong, long-term relationships with our customers. Your Role As our new Back Office Coordinator, you will play an important role in providing a high level of customer support, both directly to our customers and by supporting your colleagues in Account Management. You will be responsible for a combination of customer enquiries, order management, claims handling, reporting, and day-to-day operational tasks. You will report directly to the Head of Account Management. Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders and claims Respond to customer enquiries by email and telephone Prepare reports, analyses, and customer-relevant statistics Support colleagues in Account Management with daily operational activities Handle recurring administrative and operational tasks Manage ad hoc assignments as required What We’re Looking For Can work independently while contributing actively to the wider team Are comfortable handling both recurring tasks and varied ad hoc assignments Take a structured and analytical approach to tasks and reporting Are persistent and follow up on your responsibilities Have a collaborative and service-minded approach Are proficient in English May have additional language skills, which would be considered an advantage What We Offer At BORG Automotive, you will become part of an international organisation that values competence, responsibility, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
