Chief Marketing Officer & Growth Hacker - Wiith

Wiith is a digital health platform for people living with bipolar disorder and other complex mental health conditions. We're a small team of serial entrepreneurs building something with narrow focus but potential global reach, and we're looking for someone to own growth from the ground up.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, growth hacking, and product design. You'll shape how people find us, understand us, and stay with us, and you'll work closely with product to make sure growth isn't bolted on but built in.

What we're looking for:

• A rare mix of marketing instinct, growth hacking skill, and product sense. You don't wait for a handoff; you think in loops, not campaigns. Build, measure and learn.

• AI native. You use AI tools fluently in your daily work, not as an experiment but as a default.

• Someone who moves fast, tests constantly, and is comfortable being wrong in public before being right.

• A genuine interest in mental health and the people we serve.

What this role is not: a nine-to-five with clear boundaries. We're honest about that. This is a role for someone who gets obsessive about the problem, a go-getter who is ready to get sh*t done. In return, we offer a competitive package and the chance to build a product with real, global impact.
