Exclusive Sales Agent - Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland

The Italian IPV-PACK Group, www.ipvpack.com, specialises in the design and production of high value-added packaging solutions for bag making, dry and wet pet food, detergents, spouted liquid packaging solutions and other high-barrier applications for fresh foods and proteins. To accelerate its commercial development in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland markets, the Group is looking for an Exclusive Sales Agent who wishes to build a strong and lasting presence in a territory rich in opportunities.

The challenge

The person joining our organisation will play a strategic role in business development.

We are not looking for a simple salesperson, but for a professional capable of building long-term relationships with industrial customers, identifying new opportunities and representing our brand as a trusted packaging partner.

Responsibilities

· Develop business in the UK and Ireland markets.

· Identify and acquire new B2B customers.

· Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio.

· Promote customised, high value-added packaging solutions.

· Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and negotiation through to customer retention.

· Collaborate with the internal team to develop tailor-made projects for customers.

· Monitor the market, competitors and industry developments.

· Participate in trade fairs, events and business meetings.

We are looking for someone with:

· experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging or related sectors;

· established knowledge of Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland markets in dry or wet pet food, cosmetics & beauty, food & beverage, bag making and liquid packaging;

· ability to develop new customers through business development activities;

· excellent negotiation skills;

· strong results orientation;

· entrepreneurial mindset and autonomy in managing the territory;

· knowledge of Italian and fluent English.
