Swedish Sales Development Representative

Diverge builds AI shopping assistants for mid-sized and enterprise e-commerce businesses with large product assortments. Our assistants help customers find the right products and get answers when they need them, helping retailers increase sales and save time in customer service.
We were founded from a dorm-room 3 years ago, and today we have the undisputed winning product in our category in Denmark with 60+ customers including: Imerco, Bestseller, DK Company, Intersport, and Helsam. We already have strong traction in Sweden with Boozt.com, Loplabbet, and Willab Garden, and now we’re looking for a Swedish-speaking SDR who wants to develop their sales skills, take responsibility, and help us grow.
Your main responsibility is to book qualified meetings with Swedish e-commerce businesses that could benefit from Diverge. You’ll reach out to Heads of E-commerce and other relevant decision-makers, understand their needs, and give them a clear reason to schedule a meeting with our Account Executives and explore our product
This is an active outbound sales role. You’ll spend a substantial part of each day calling prospective customers, starting new conversations, and following up. We expect you to bring energy, maintain a high level of activity, and work consistently to turn conversations into meetings.
Start conversations and book qualified meetings. Call prospective customers and create interest in what Diverge can do for their business. Qualify them and arrange meetings with our Account Executives.
Research and follow up. We will provide you with relevant leads, but at times you will need to research deeper to find exactly the right point of entry to a company.
Stay organised. Keep accurate CRM records so the team knows what matters to each prospect and what happens next.
Improve your approach. Work with the founders and sales team to sharpen our pitch and learn from your conversations.
This is a full-time role based at our office in Copenhagen.
You are motivated to be part of “the startup journey” and grow with the company.
You speak fluent Swedish and English and have some sales experience. You don’t need a long track record, but you should be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with new people, and asking for a meeting, and not taking an unreasoned “no” for an answer.
You are hungry to learn and is the type of person that believes you can do anything if you work hard enough.
Experience in an SDR role, B2B sales, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus.
You’ll will get real responsibility, and if you contribute to our growth, you will take part in the upside. This is an opportunity to act as your own entrepreneur within a proven startup.

A base salary plus very high commission.
