If you are currently agency-side looking to shift client-side to deeply own a brand's media budget, or a D2C media buyer with an entrepreneurial bias for action who loves clean testing and turning data into creative briefs, this role was built for you.

• Deliberate Counterweight: You own how ads are bought, tested, and judged, while our Marketing Creative Lead owns what we say. Keeping measurement separate from creative ownership ensures assets are evaluated objectively by data.

What You Will Actually Spend Your Time Doing

• Media Planning & Buying: Build, launch, scale, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest within strict ROAS, POAS, and nCAC guardrails.

• Rapid Creative Experimentation: Structure variables, sample sizes, and durations before launch to deliver decision-grade results. Juggle multiple concurrent experiments without losing track of details.

• Performance Analysis & Insights: Produce recurring performance reads that supply our creative team with actionable direction—translating data into winning hooks, angles, and formats.

• Operational Rigor: Own daily budget pacing, account health, feed management, and pixel tracking to ensure spend is delivered smoothly across all markets.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Co-lead creative reviews to optimize paid social strategies while aligning with our Influencer, Organic, and CRM teams.

Who We Imagine You Are

• Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on paid social experience in D2C or e-commerce, with direct accountability for a meaningful monthly budget.

• Tool-Fluent: Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and Pinterest, alongside analytical tools like GA4 and Shopify (experience with Klaviyo is a plus).

• Action-Oriented & Entrepreneurial: You bring a goal-getter attitude to growth, prefer testing over analysis paralysis, and excel at managing multiple experimental tracks simultaneously.

• Data-Driven: Solid understanding of structured testing methodologies and attribution limits, combined with high operational reliability.

• Location & Language: Fluent in English with a valid permit to work onsite at our Copenhagen HQ (Nordic language skills are a plus).
