Marketing Student Assistant - for Denmark residents only

Update and maintain website content, event pages and campaign pages Support conferences and events worldwide, including registrations, exhibitor portals, materials, print orders, attendee lists and deadlines Support campaign execution by preparing content assets, landing pages, lists and other campaign elements Organize calendars, project pages, assets and plans Coordinate smaller deliverables and follow-ups Help create or adapt simple marketing materials and visuals Work alongside the Head of Marketing, Growth Marketing Manager and Content Strategist Help turn marketing plans into action across digital, events, content and campaigns Requirements Studying marketing, communications, business or a related field Ideally at least one or two years of studies remaining Confident written and spoken English Structured approach with ability to track tasks and deadlines Initiative and attention to quality Comfortable working with digital tools Interest in marketing and willingness to learn across different disciplines Experience with Canva, Figma or similar tools is a plus Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, Dropbox and LinkedIn is useful but not required Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing marketing campaigns, events, and content updates. Proficient in using digital tools to support marketing initiatives and enhance communication across teams.
