Bosch Power Tools is one of the world's leading manufacturers of power tools, delivering innovative solutions for professionals, industry, and consumers. *Job Description* As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be an important part of our Nordic Business Operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include : * Coordinating operational topics across customers, Sales, Logistics, warehouses, and external service providers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and the customer experience remains strong. * Supporting and improving business processes related to campaigns, supply chain activities, product returns, and customer communication, while ensuring alignment with internal policies and procedures. * Serving as a key user and expert in SAP and other business systems. * Managing internal and external reporting, keeping process documentation up to date, and supporting process improvements. *Qualifications* To succeed in this role, you have : * A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 3-4 years of relevant professional experience. * Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP and Process Mining is an advantage. * A strong interest in technology and business systems, together with the motivation to further develop your knowledge of ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and related systems. * A customer-oriented approach combined with strong commercial awareness and an understanding of business needs. * Fluency in Finnish is essential for this role. *Additional Information* You will join a collaborative and supportive workplace with engaged colleagues, where development, well-being, and job satisfaction are a natural priority.
