Sales Development Representative B2B SaaS (DACH / German Speaker)

Innerpoint is hiring a German-speaking SDR to book meetings for our B2B SaaS and tech clients across the DACH region (remote position).

We run outbound sales development for a B2B SaaS and tech companies in the Nordics. We only take on clients with proven product-market fit, established and growing sales teams, and a clear plan to expand into new markets. That selectivity means you will be calling on behalf of products that are genuinely good, and that shows up directly in higher booking rates and better conversations.

Tasks

The role

Cold calling is the core of this job.

You will:

• Run outbound cold calls into the DACH market on behalf of our clients
• Book qualified meetings for our clients' sales teams
• Research and prioritise target accounts (prospecting is a very small part of your time though)
• Track your activity and share what is working and what is not
• Take part in regular sparring sessions with the team to sharpen your sales skills

Requirements

Who we are looking for

• Native German speaker (required) with professional English
• Charismatic and comfortable on the phone
• Experience in sales. B2B SaaS or tech is a plus, not a requirement
• Very eager to learn and quick to act on feedback
• Structured, self-driven and motivated by results
