Management Consultant – Strategy & Performance

Job Description

As a Management Consultant in Strategy & Performance, you will work on high-impact strategy projects in collaboration with senior stakeholders to design and implement strategies that drive growth, enable transformation, and unlock deal value.

You will contribute to projects such as:

• Growth Strategy: Defining strategic priorities to drive future revenue streams.
• Commercial Excellence: Enhancing go-to-market strategies, pricing, and customer engagement.
• Operating Model Transformation: Build structures and processes that enable strategy execution and scalability.
• Cost & Performance Optimization: Identify and deliver measurable performance through cost and cashflow improvements.
• M&A Strategy: Support clients and investors in defining M&A strategy and identifying value creation levers.
• Due Diligence: Conduct commercial, operational, or technology assessments of acquisition targets.
• Carve-out & Integration: Help clients manage complex transformations and deliver synergies post-deal.

Qualifications

We are searching for candidates with a master’s degree within the fields of Finance, Economic, Business, Engineering, IT & data or similar areas. Most importantly, we are interested in your analytical skills and your eagerness to learn combined with an engaged, structured, and curious personality.

If you are selected as a candidate, you will be invited to attend one of our two recruitment days across November 5 or 6, consisting of a 4-hour group session intended to provide you with insight into management consulting and our Strategy & Performance team, as well as allow us to get to know you as a candidate.

Expected start date: 1 September 2027.
