Internship in Data Analysis - for Denmark residents only

Here is what your role entails As our new Data Analyst Intern, your responsibility will be to help Customer Services transform data into insights that support business decisions and continuous improvements. More specifically, you will be: Identifying improvement opportunities Tracking costs and income streams Developing dashboards and tracking KPIs Exploring data-driven and AI opportunities This internship offers the opportunity to work with real business challenges, where your insights create impact. You will gain hands-on experience with technologies and platforms such as Power BI, ServiceNow and Claude AI while helping shape a newly established area with plenty of room for learning and development. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to influence your focus areas throughout the internship based on your interests and development goals. Meet your future team With direct reference to Head of Service Development - Heat/Cooling Customer Services, you will become part of a newly established team in Customer Services focused on service development, business processes, and data analysis. You are motivated by solving real business challenges and eager to explore how data and AI can create value in practice. In order to succeed, we imagine that you: Hold a degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field Have strong analytical skills and is comfortable working with quantitative data Have an interest in working with AI and tools such as Power BI or similar visualization tools As we are an international organization, it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish is considered an advantage, but not a requirement. Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, this is an internship position, and we value curiosity and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.
