Position: Bilingual Danish STEM Expert (PhD) — AI Safety Type: Contract Compensation: $61–$65/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Write expert-level prompts in Danish across specialized scientific topics. Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy , helpfulness, and appropriate handling of sensitive content. Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. Ensure AI model safety by leveraging your scientific expertise in Danish technical topics. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have PhD in chemistry , biology , or a closely related field. Native or near-native fluency in Danish and business-level written English . Deep familiarity with modern laboratory and computational techniques . Sound judgment around scientific safety and responsible handling of dual-use information. Preferred Based in Denmark or the wider Western Europe region. Expertise in radiochemistry , nuclear chemistry , energetic materials, or radiation physics. Depth in a specific subfield like organic or inorganic synthesis , molecular biology , microbiology , virology , or genetics . Experience with chemical safety and security , biosafety and biosecurity , or hazardous-materials handling. Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming technical content.
