Position: Bilingual Danish Generalist Expert AI Safety
Type: Contract
Compensation: $48$52/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Danish across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
• Work independently and asynchronously to ensure model safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to improve AI model performance and handling of sensitive topics.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native fluency in Danish plus business-level written English.
• A Bachelors degree completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

• Based in Denmark or the wider Western Europe region.
• Experience reviewing grading or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety content moderation policy evaluation or adversarial testing.
