Area Sales Manager - for Denmark residents only

NOWACO is looking for an Area Sales Manager - join our Middle East Department NOWACO is an international trading company with strong expertise in the sales and sourcing of frozen food products. The position is part of our Middle East department, with a primary focus on sales, where meat is the main product category. About the role As Area Sales Manager, you will have a highly commercial and hands-on sales role. You will take over an existing customer portfolio with a solid foundation, while also being expected to actively develop and expand the business. The role is clearly sales driven. Your focus will be on customers, relationships and sales in the ME-markets. Your primary responsibilities: Develop and maintain your own customer portfolio Drive new business and grow existing customer relationships Work strategically with volume growth and long-term partnerships Maintain a strong physical presence in the market through travel to customers and business partners Work closely with sourcing and sales teams across markets Follow NOWACO’s business principles, guidelines and values Actively contribute to the team’s shared goals, knowledge sharing and culture Who are you? NOWACO is looking for a strong sales profile who is self-driven and motivated by growth. Ideally, you have: 3-5+ years of experience from trading of frozen food products (experience with meat is an advantage) A proven track record in active business development and market growth A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your own results A curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a global environment Fluency English is a must; Arabic is an advantage A willingness to travel The most important qualities are drive, motivation and the ability to create business. Industry experience can be broader if you are the right candidate for the role. Work location and flexibility The position can be based in connection with our office in the UAE, one of the other GCC countries or Aalborg, Denmark.
