Whether youre organizing fantastic in-house events keeping our workspaces welcoming or creating memorable brand experiences for colleagues and guests youll help everyone feel at home and truly VM.

Sounds pretty good... but what will I be doing
As our new House & Brand Activation Coordinator youll make our Copenhagen office more than just a workspaceyoull help create a place where people thrive and feel at home. Your day-to-day will be varied meaningful and always people focused.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Create a welcoming positive office environment and run daily operations in the office
• Be the primary contact for practical questions facility needs maintenance and local suppliers
• Coordinate and execute local events both internal and external together with your Brand Activation team
• Have a central role in onboarding of new colleagues and practical administration (access supplies guest registration)
• Your role is hands-on dynamic and crucial for both daily operations and the special moments that make working here exceptional!

Contract Details
Working hours will primarily fall between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM depending on the final addition occasional evening events and travel to our other locations may be required.

This is a permanent full-time position based in our centrally located Copenhagen office with start as soon as possible. We cant wait to welcome you!

Youll join the Brand Activation teama creative welcoming group driving the Vipps MobilePay brand from the inside out!
