Partner Network (independent, selected assignments)

A report on its own does nothing. It becomes useful when someone sits down with a leader and works out what it actually means for the situation theyre in. That conversation is the job.

Were putting together a small network of experienced people consultants who want to work with Atlas alongside their own practice. You keep your business. You keep your clients. None of this is exclusive.

You bring the judgement and the experience. We do the preparation and were on the phone before and after if you want to think a session through.

Your background might be erhvervspsykologi leadership consulting executive coaching or leadership assessment inside a search firm. The instrument you trained on matters less than whether you can sit in a senior room and get to a decision.

Were early in building this so the first few people will shape how it works.

Tasks

Sit down one-to-one with leaders and take them through an Atlas assessment.

Facilitate workshops with leadership teams and with a leader alongside their own team. Enough structure that the session ends in a decision rather than a good discussion.

Work out with the client which pattern in the evidence matters first. Usually more than one does.

Represent Atlas in the room. Then write the client a short concrete follow-up and send us the same.

Tell us what you saw. What happens in the room is how the method and the reports get better.

Requirements

You can turn assessment evidence into a decision with a senior person in the room. Thats the one that matters.

Youve used a rigorous instrument with real leaders and know where it stops being useful. NEO-PI-3 Hogan Insights Discovery Facet5 MBTI or JTI OPQ Saville Wave MRG LEA a Big Five based tool or a structured leadership assessment framework. TT38 FirstMind or CliftonStrengths is a bonus. We dont require it.

You give one-to-one feedback that helps someone see a useful pattern in themselves without turning them into a type or a score.

Both workshop formats are familiar to you. A leadership team asks something different of you than a leader sitting with the people who report to them and you know the difference.

You work through your own company and can invoice in Denmark.

Sessions happen at client sites in Copenhagen and elsewhere in Denmark. You prepare and follow up from wherever you work

You deliver in Danish. English helps with international clients. If youre exceptional and dont work in Danish write anyway and say so.
