We're now expanding into Sweden, and we're looking for our first Swedish sales hire to build the market from the ground up. This is a full-cycle role: you'll find the leads, book the meetings, run the demos, and close the deals yourself. Ideally you're a Swede based in (or up for moving to) Copenhagen, working alongside the team from our HQ – but we're open to remote from Sweden for the right person. We're hiring both full-time and part-time, so tell us what fits you.
This is a rare chance to be the founding commercial hire in a new country – you'll have real ownership, direct access to the founders, and a clear path to build a team under you as the market grows.
Research and identify potential Swedish clients and new business opportunities
Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to book your own meetings and demos
Run demos and close deals, owning your pipeline end to end
Work closely with the founders to shape and test our go-to-market playbook for Sweden
Keep accurate records of all activity in our CRM
Are a native Swedish speaker with strong written and spoken communication (English too, since the team is in Copenhagen)
Can work independently and stay motivated on your own
Have sales experience and want to own the full cycle, from first outreach to signed deal
Are comfortable with CRM tools (a plus)
Have high ambitions for yourself
