Electrical Holdleder – Energinet Project

Solvexis Consult is looking for experienced Electrical Holdledere for work at an Energinet facility in Denmark.

You will lead and supervise electrical work in an assigned area, either within the control building or in outdoor high-voltage areas. Where work takes place concurrently in separate areas, multiple Holdledere may be required.

Candidates must meet Energinet’s training, competence and approval requirements before undertaking the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the electrical work team at the assigned worksite.
  

• Ensure work follows approved instructions, risk assessments and Energinet safety requirements.
  

• Brief the work team and confirm that responsibilities, hazards and safety measures are understood.
  

• Coordinate with the Arbejdsleder, Koblingsleder, Energinet representatives and contractors.
  

• Confirm that required clearances and electrical safety measures are in place before work begins.
  

• Stop work if conditions change or safety requirements cannot be maintained.
  

• Ensure safe completion and handback of the worksite.
  

• Report deviations, unsafe conditions and incidents.
  

Qualifications

We expect that you have:

• A relevant qualification, such as utility operator, electrician, electrical installer, marine engineer, electrical power engineer or similar.
  

• Experience with high-voltage installations, substations or comparable electrical infrastructure.
  

• Previous experience as a Holdleder, Arbejdsleder or electrical supervisor.
  

• Knowledge of BEK nr. 1608 and DS/EN 50110-1.
  

• Experience with electrical isolation, LOTO, earthing and safe working procedures.
  

• Sufficient Danish to complete Energinet’s mandatory Danish-language Work Supervisor/Team Leader course.
  

• Professional working proficiency in English.
  

• The qualifications and documented practical training required under Energinet’s NDI-020, including the applicable supervised training period.
  

Previous Energinet training or approval as Holdleder will be a significant advantage.
