Global Director of Project Management — Biologics CDMO This role will involve relocation to the site outside of Denmark. We are supporting a senior search for an experienced Project Management leader within a growing biologics CDMO. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who wants to play a real part in shaping how complex GMP client programmes are delivered across biologics, CMC, manufacturing, quality, commercial, and operational teams. You would join a specialist biologics platform at an important growth stage, with strong exposure to senior leadership, strategic client stakeholders, and complex biologics and advanced therapy programmes. The role offers real influence over project delivery, client satisfaction, commercial discipline, and portfolio performance. It is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, improving ways of working, strengthening governance, and building a high-performing Project Management culture. The role will focus on: Leading a global Project Management function across complex GMP client programmes Overseeing project delivery across biologics, CMC, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams Strengthening PM processes, tools, reporting, KPIs, and governance Supporting client steering committees, escalations, project risks, and issue resolution Working with senior leadership on budgets, forecasts, pricing, scope changes, and commercial discipline Building, developing, and supporting a high-performing Project Management team Improving portfolio visibility, consistency, and execution across the business We are looking for someone with: Strong experience in biologics, biotech, CDMO, CMO, or advanced therapies environments Proven leadership of project or programme management teams Strong understanding of GMP, CMC, technical transfer, manufacturing, and client delivery Experience managing complex project portfolios, not just individual projects Commercial awareness, including exposure to budgets, forecasts, pricing, margins, or scope changes Confidence working with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams The ability to bring clarity, structure, and calm execution to complexity This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants more than a delivery role — someone who wants to shape how a growing biologics CDMO scales, delivers, and builds trusted client relationships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
