On behalf of a Danish B2B software company we're looking for an ambitious Account Executive. The company has a product in production with paying customers, are growing, and are taking share in a market where the established vendors have not had to work hard for a long time.
Now they're hiring their next Account Executive. Not an account manager. Not someone waiting for the phone to ring. A seller who likes to prospect, book, run the meeting, negotiate, and close.
Own the full sales cycle yourself, from first contact to signature.
Work both inbound leads and your own outbound pipeline. They generate leads, but expect you to create a meaningful share of your own.
Book and run meetings with senior decision makers: managing directors, owner-operators, and finance leadership.
Demo a genuinely technical product. You will need to explain value, not recite features.
Negotiate commercial terms and close.
Feed structured insight back into product. The company is small enough that what you hear from customers changes the roadmap.
Typical deal size is 80,000 to 150,000 DKK in annual contract value, with real negotiation and multiple stakeholders in the room.
Must have:
2 to 5 years in B2B SaaS sales where you closed the deals yourself, not just booked meetings for someone else.
Demonstrable quota attainment. We will ask for the numbers.
Real outbound experience. You should be able to tell us exactly how you build pipeline from nothing.
Native-level Danish and professional English
Based in or around Copenhagen

Background in business software, ERP, finance or accounting tooling, fintech, or adjacent B2B platforms
Experience selling to the finance function, or to accountants and bookkeepers
Early-stage experience, where there was no finished playbook waiting for you
This is not the job if you want an established brand behind you, a finished sales process, and a pipeline that gets served to you.
Base salary: around 45,000-55.000 DKK per month depending on experience
Commission: They use a commission structure where a strong quarter is directly visible in your pay slip, and a strong year changes your annual income materially. There's no ceiling and you'll get rewarded additionally for customers that stay long term.
