Danish speaking Sales Development Representative for Barcelona Office

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
• Create maintain and update a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and build the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
• Monitor competitors products or services and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.

Requirements

• Language Skills: C2 level of Danish languages with advanced English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Nordic market.
• 20 months sales experience is preferred.
• Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight.
• CRM Experience: strong CRM experience capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
