We are looking for a motivated Student Worker to join our Global Regulatory Affairs team.
In this role, you will support regulatory compliance activities, documentation management, regulatory assessments, and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with regulatory professionals and cross functional teams while gaining valuable experience in global food regulations and regulatory operations.
Key responsibilities:
• Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of regulatory documentation and compliance records
• Assist with regulatory assessments related to food additives, natural colors, ingredients, and product compliance
• Help maintain and improve regulatory databases, compliance systems, and digital tools
• Participate in cross functional projects involving Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Innovation, Quality, Commercial, and Product Management teams
• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and development of process improvements to increase team efficiency
Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, a structured approach to problem solving, and the ability to manage information accurately in a multicultural environment.
We are looking for a student who is eager to learn and interested in regulatory affairs, food science, life sciences, or related disciplines.
Preferred qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data and documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Interest in regulatory compliance, food legislation, and international regulations
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams
• Experience with data analysis, databases, Power BI, AI tools, or digital solutions is an advantage but not required
• Structured, curious, proactive, and eager to learn
