About the role

Burgermeister is a fast expanding company in the gastronomy industry, specializing in premium burgers and first-class customer service. With our focus on innovation and quality, we are setting new standards in the food service industry.

For our upcoming Copenhagen location, we are looking for motivated and reliable Team Members (m/f/d) to join our team in Kitchen and Service.

Whether you already have experience in gastronomy or are looking for a new challenge, we are looking for people who enjoy working as part of a team, love great food, and want to grow with us.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing our premium burgers, sides and other products according to Burgermeister standards.

• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and food safety in the kitchen and service areas.

• Efficiently preparing and organizing your station before, during and after service.

• Following our recipes, processes and quality standards to ensure consistently great products.

• Providing an excellent and friendly customer experience.

• Supporting your team during busy service periods and contributing to a smooth store operation.

• Working across different stations in the store and continuously developing your skills.

What you bring

• A positive attitude and strong team spirit.

• Reliability and a willingness to take responsibility.

• Flexibility and the ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment.

• A high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.

• A strong service-oriented mindset.

• Previous experience in gastronomy, hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.

• Good communication skills in English; Danish is a plus.
