Were looking for a Site Operations Assistant to join our team in Brøndby. The Opportunity

As a Site Operations Assistant youll split your time between supporting our canteen and welcoming guests in reception. Youll be an important part of our Site Operations team helping ensure our office is clean welcoming and ready for the day.

This is a part-time position with working hours Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM with opportunities for additional hours during holiday periods and when covering for colleagues.

Location: Brøndby Greater Copenhagen Area.

What Youll Do

Youll help create a great workplace experience by:

• Supporting daily dishwashing and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and canteen.
• Assisting the canteen team with food preparation and daily tasks.
• Welcoming guests and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answering incoming phone calls and helping direct enquiries.
• Supporting the reception team with light administrative tasks.
• Helping ensure our office remains welcoming organized and ready for employees and visitors throughout the day.

What Were Looking For

You dont need years of experiencewere much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

This role could be a great fit if you:

• Have recently finished high school or are taking a sabbatical year.
• Enjoy working with people and delivering great service.
• Like practical tasks and dont mind rolling up your sleeves when needed.
• Are reliable responsible and happy to take ownership of your work.
• Can stay organized and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Speak conversational Danish and English.
• Are flexible and able to work extra hours during holiday periods or when covering colleagues.

Experience from a café restaurant hotel retail reception or other customer-facing role is a plusbut its certainly not a requirement.

About the Team

Youll become part of our dedicated Site Operations team who are responsible for creating a great workplace experience for everyone at our Brøndby office.
