We are seeking a motivated and structured Working Student to join our Asset Integrity Management Team (Operations Engineering), for Thor offshore wind farm, located off the west coast of Jutland, Denmark. With safety as our top priority, our focus is to maximize wind farm availability and optimize costs through maintenance strategy and contractual landscape definition, performing long-term planning and site technical support.
In this position, you will assist with a variety of tasks, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint work, technical documentation and data management, various software systems support (e.g., SAP), and handling other administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in the operational phase of an offshore wind farm.
You will primarily work with the local team based in Thorsminde, Denmark, while also collaborating with other teams from Germany and the UK. About the role
- Collaborate closely with the Asset Integrity Management Team within Operations, contributing to our success in Denmark's largest offshore wind farm to date
- Assist with Microsoft tools, including Office and SharePoint
- Support with technical documentation and data management tasks
- Support with software systems activities (e.g., SAP). Training will be provided
- Handle other administrative tasks as needed
- Work can be performed remotely, with flexibility to collaborate virtually with local and international team members as required.
Job requirements and experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to communicate fluently in English. Danish is an advantage
